By downloading, installing, or using Till ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2 Description of Service
Till is a countdown and days-since tracking application that allows you to:
- Create and manage D-Day countdown events
- Track elapsed days since past events
- Visualize your timeline with a fluid dot-grid interface
- Customize themes, categories, and widgets
3 User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device
- All content and data you create within the App
- Backing up your data as needed
- Using the App in compliance with applicable laws
4 In-App Purchases
Till offers an optional "Till Pro" upgrade that unlocks premium themes, footprint styles, and additional features.
- Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
- All transactions are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies
- Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency
5 Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and visual elements of Till are the property of Arkeo Apps. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
6 Disclaimer of Warranties
Till is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arkeo Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
